No act is fully confirmed or held until a signed contract is received.
AOE Event Minimum: All events must meet our minimum of $1,500 before taxes or 3 pieces of talent per event.
Quote pricing is subject to change depending on artist availability, time changes, costuming changes, or other factors that would create additional costs for the Agency.
All custom build creations, costumes, and set-pieces will require 30 days lead time, with a signed contract and 50% deposit received in order to begin production.
AOE Rush Fee: Any contract signed within 10 days of the event will incur a 15% Rush Fee to the total contract amount.
Check or ACH is our preferred method of payment. We will also happily send and receive online invoices that can be paid via credit card, but credit card payments will be charged a 4% service fee.
Late Fees: Late payments will be charged an additional fee. The agreed upon rate for late payments is 5% on the total invoice for 1-10 days late payment, 7.5% on 11-20 days late payment, 10% on 20-30 days late payment, 15% of the total invoice on 31+ days late payment.
AOE Sexual Harassment Policy: Employers have a legal and contractual obligation to maintain a workplace free from sexual harassment. Artisan Oddities & Entertainment (AOE) is prepared to work cooperatively with our artists and clients towards the achievement of this goal to keep our artists safe.
All artists provided by AOE are independent contractors and carry their own public liability insurance policies that pertain to their personal vehicles, actions and personal props.
